Flowsona uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and preserve a photo draft. Cookies are small values sent with website requests. Local storage, session storage and IndexedDB keep data in your browser for the purposes below.

Saving a local draft keeps the photo in this browser. Scanning an upload code lets you send a photo to your computer through temporary private storage. The form sends the photo for safety review when you confirm generation.
The site uses first-party acquisition analytics as described below. Advertising trackers are not enabled. Google sign-in, payment checkout and other external services may use their own cookies when you use them; their policies apply on their pages. Introducing non-essential tracking would require an updated notice and any consent required by applicable law.
You can delete or block cookies and clear site data through your browser. Clearing site data can sign you out, reset preferences and remove local photo drafts. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in or draft restoration. Removing browser data does not delete account records or uploaded media on the service.

We use flowsona_anonymous, flowsona_acquisition and flowsona_acquisition_last cookies, with a maximum lifetime of one year, to remember a random browser identifier and first/latest visit sources. Signing out clears these cookies. We record page paths, photo-selection and pricing interactions, authentication attempts, generation attempts, fixed error codes, and server-confirmed registration, checkout and payment milestones. These analytics do not contain photo contents, filenames, passwords, full URL queries or raw IP addresses. Browser type, language and an approximate country supplied by our hosting provider may be recorded. After sign-in, browser activity can be linked to the account; anonymous activity on separate devices cannot be reliably joined. Account-linked analytics are removed with account deletion. Anonymous server records do not currently have automatic age-based deletion; contact support for deletion requests. Clearing cookies removes browser identifiers but does not erase existing server records.
